Welcome to Attentive Adult Day Center, LLC! Our names are Dr. Veda Lewis Simmons and Pastor Mark Simmons Sr.. Since opening our doors in August 2018, we've been proud to provide a safe, supportive, and joyful environment for seniors and adults 18+ in our community. We are fully licensed by the State of Missouri Department of Health and Human Services.
Our center is a warm and welcoming alternative to nursing home care, helping loved ones stay at home while giving caregivers much-needed support and peace of mind.

Trained Staff
Professional, compassionate staff dedicated to caring for individuals with impairments. All undergo background screening.
Daily Activities
Art therapy, music therapy, structured recreation, and occasional outings — all tailored to participants' interests.
Personalized Care
Individualized care plans for every participant. We assist with daily living activities like ambulating, toileting, and eating.
Transportation
Safe, reliable transportation for participants within a 20-mile radius of the center. Door-to-door service.
Podiatry Services
Foot exams and treatment available right at the center to help manage and maintain foot health.
Therapy Services
Licensed Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists provide services on-site at our day center.
