Persons targeted for and eligible for participation in Attentive Adult Day Center programs will vary according to the identified need of the community and the goals, resources, and capabilities of Attentive Adult Day Center. The target population includes one or more of the following groups of individuals:
Adults with physical, emotional, or memory impairment who require assistance and supervision such as:

assistance with activities of daily living,

physical problems that require health monitoring and supervision on a regular basis,
-
memory loss and cognitive impairment,
-
assistance in overcoming the isolation associated with the functional limitations of disabilities.
