
Who We Serve
Persons eligible for participation in the Attentive Adult Day Center programs will vary based on the identified needs of the community, as well as the goals, resources, and capabilities of the center. The target population includes individuals who fall into one or more of the following categories:

Adults with physical, emotional, or memory impairments who require assistance and supervision, such as:

Help with activities of daily living,

Ongoing health monitoring and supervision for physical conditions,

Memory loss and cognitive impairment,
-
Support in overcoming isolation related to functional limitations due to disabilities,
-
Participants who are semi-ambulatory or non-ambulatory, including those who use walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.

Our Services

Meals
Each day, we offer breakfast, lunch, and a snack, ensuring everyone stays satisfied and energized from morning to afternoon.

Trained Staff
Our trained, professional staff is dedicated to caring for individuals with impairments. Additionally, all employees undergo drug testing and background screening.

Daily Activities
Activities are structured around our participant's needs and interests with occasional outings as well as providing music and art therapies.

Medical Needs
Individualized care plans are tailored to meet the needs of your loved one. We assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including but not limited to ambulating, toileting, and eating.

Transportation
Transportation is available for participants who reside within a 20-mile radius of the center.

Podiatry
Podiatry services, such as foot exams and treatment are available to individuals to help manage their foot health.

Therapy
Licensed therapists provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services, available at the day center.
